“Changfeng with Love, A Warm Winter for the Community” Public Welfare Initiative

In response to the call from the Party Working Committee of Changfeng New Village Subdistrict, the company’s Party Committee actively joined the “Changfeng with Love, a Warm Winter for the Community” public welfare initiative. The committee donated a range of assistive devices and supplies for seniors—including electronic blood pressure monitors, magnifying glasses, reading glasses, wheelchairs, walking sticks, pulse oximeters, hand carts, and electric air pumps—to the Qingshuiwan Residents’ Committee, extending heartfelt care to local elderly residents and bringing them an extra measure of warmth this winter.

Reflecting on History, Gaining Insights, and Implementing New Regulations: A Record of the Special Organizational Life Meeting for Party Members of the Second and Fourth Party Branches of Shangfangyuan

To further strengthen Party members’ sense of identity and consolidate the foundation of political loyalty, on the eve of the July 1st Party Founding Day, the Second and Fourth Party Branches of Shanghai Housing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. jointly visited the Banma Suzhou River Station–Changfeng Bay Party and Mass Service Center to hold a special organizational life meeting for Party members themed “Studying History, Reflecting on Principles, Implementing New Regulations, and Uniting Hearts and Minds to Embark on a New Journey.” The event seamlessly integrated a historical exploration of the Suzhou River with study of the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation, aiming to build team consensus and advance practical work.

On the afternoon of June 9, 2025, the Party Committee of Shangfang Courtyard convened an expanded meeting, during which it conducted a thematic Party class and exchange session on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation and ensuring the high-quality completion of all tasks related to the special study and education campaign. The meeting was chaired by Xiang Wei, Secretary of the Party Committee, with participation from members of the Party Committee and branch committees.

In accordance with the “Notice of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee on Conducting Study and Education throughout the Party on Thoroughly Implementing the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation” (Document No. 15 of 2025 issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee) and the relevant work requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the District Party Committee for carrying out study and education on implementing the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation, and in conjunction with the “Implementation Plan for In-depth Study and Education on the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation in Changfeng New Village Subdistrict,” with the aim of further deepening study of the important speeches on the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation, guiding the broad ranks of Party members to strengthen their awareness of discipline and rules, enhance work efficiency, and consciously resist any misconduct that crosses the red line, Shanghai Housing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. convened an expanded meeting of its Party Committee on the afternoon of March 26, 2025, to deploy the work of studying and educating on the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation within the company in accordance with the “Implementation Plan for In-depth Study and Education on the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation at Shanghai Housing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd.”

As the year draws to a close, the chill grows ever more pronounced. In our city, there is a dedicated group of individuals: shopkeepers in commercial districts and street-side businesses who work tirelessly behind their counters every day, providing residents with the conveniences of daily life; and delivery couriers and food-delivery riders who brave wind and rain, crisscrossing streets and alleys to bridge the gap between merchants and customers. On these cold winter days, they remain steadfast at their posts, pouring their hard work and dedication into ensuring the smooth functioning of our city.

To further implement and advance the Party-building initiatives laid out by the company’s Party Committee and to study and apply the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, on the morning of October 30, 2024, the First Party Branch of Shangfang Courtyard organized a themed Party Day activity entitled “Carrying Forward the Red Legacy and Upholding Responsibility and Commitment,” during which branch members visited the Historical Archives Exhibition Hall of the Shanghai West Workers’ Half-Day School and the Gu Zhenghong Memorial Hall for study and learning.
