Shanghai Municipal Housing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. Holds a Deployment Meeting for In-depth Study and Education on the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation

In accordance with the “Notice of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee on Conducting Study and Education throughout the Party on Thoroughly Implementing the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation” (Document No. 15 of 2025 issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee) and the relevant work requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the District Party Committee for carrying out study and education on implementing the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation, and in conjunction with the “Implementation Plan for In-depth Study and Education on the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation in Changfeng New Village Subdistrict,” with the aim of further deepening study of the important speeches on the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation, guiding the broad ranks of Party members to strengthen their awareness of discipline and rules, enhance work efficiency, and consciously resist any misconduct that crosses the red line, Shanghai Housing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. convened an expanded meeting of its Party Committee on the afternoon of March 26, 2025, to deploy the work of studying and educating on the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation within the company in accordance with the “Implementation Plan for In-depth Study and Education on the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation at Shanghai Housing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd.”

The meeting called for fully implementing the arrangements made at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, consolidating and expanding the achievements of the thematic education campaign on studying and applying Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, further consolidating and deepening the outcomes of Party discipline study and education, steadfastly upholding the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Decision on Improving Conduct, continuously strengthening and improving conduct, constantly elevating the Party spirit and ideological outlook of all Party members, fostering a contingent of Party members capable of shouldering the important responsibilities of being pioneers and trailblazers, continually refining work styles and enhancing work efficiency, and making solid progress in achieving high-quality development across all areas of work—thereby providing robust disciplinary and stylistic guarantees for promoting the company’s long-term development and boosting economic and social progress.

Secretaries of all Party branches must take the lead in studying, conducting self-examination, and implementing rectification; set an example from the top down; strengthen their political responsibility; hold themselves to higher standards and stricter requirements; truthfully identify their own shortcomings through factual and pragmatic self-assessment; conduct thorough self-reflection; and consciously fulfill their duties and responsibilities while strictly observing discipline and the law. In this way, we will foster a positive work environment characterized by courage in taking responsibility, boldness in action, and proactive striving.

We will steadfastly pursue the dual priorities of Party building and business operations, ensuring that the two reinforce each other. We will closely integrate study and education initiatives with key annual business tasks, adopting an unwavering spirit of dedication, a relentless drive to forge ahead, and a pragmatic and efficient work style. In doing so, we will engage in meticulous planning, careful organization, and coordinated scheduling for all our endeavors, ensuring that every task is carried out thoroughly and with attention to detail. On the new journey toward high-quality development of the Shangfang Compound, we will move forward with courage and determination, striving to write a new chapter.
