9. Post-Disaster Inspection and Assessment of Buildings

Background: When existing buildings have been damaged by disasters or accidents such as earthquakes, fires, explosions, typhoons, or accidental collapses.

Job Responsibilities: Assess the extent of damage to buildings, analyze the causes of collapse, and evaluate post-disaster structural safety.

Function: To provide a basis for emergency rescue and disaster relief, to provide a basis for analyzing the causes of accidents and determining liability, and to provide a basis for the subsequent handling of the building.
