2. Building Condition Inspection

Background: When a building requires repair, when the housing management authority needs to assess the degree of damage or deterioration of a building, or when it is necessary to document the condition of a building’s damage and deterioration in order to prevent potential disputes.

Work Content Investigate and document the extent of damage to the building; where necessary, compare the pre- and post-damage conditions to analyze the causes of the damage and determine the building’s degree of integrity.

Function: The basis for housing repair and maintenance; the basis for housing management authorities to maintain accurate records of housing conditions and identify hazardous areas; and the ability to effectively reduce related disputes or provide strong evidence in the event of a dispute.
