Leaders from Putuo District Visit Our Hospital for Research

　　On the morning of July 15, 2015, a delegation led by Fang Kun, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Putuo District Committee; Mao Caiping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the District Social Security and Trade Union; Wu Tieyan, Secretary of the District Science and Technology Commission; and Wang Juanjuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Changfeng Ecological Business District, visited our institute for a research tour.

　　Given the localization of Party organization affiliation for enterprise units, our company’s Party organization will be transferred from the Putuo District Science and Technology Party Committee to the Putuo District Changfeng Ecological Business District Party Committee. Since the design institute was restructured into an enterprise, its Party organization has effectively carried forward the fine traditions of Party building in the original public institution, closely focusing on the enterprise’s core production tasks and fully leveraging the Party organization’s role as the political core, the branch’s role as a fighting fortress, and the exemplary and leading role of Party members, thereby providing strong organizational guarantees for the enterprise’s reform, development, and stability. Following the requirement of Putuo District leaders that Party organization affiliation be localized, a smooth and orderly transition is expected. Going forward, efforts should be further intensified to help the enterprise establish an internal management system characterized by “clear property rights, well-defined responsibilities and authorities, separation of government and enterprise, and scientific management,” to promote changes in employees’ employment attitudes and ideological outlooks, to build a cohesive synergy for advancing Party building work, and to enable the enterprise to play an even more effective role in both economic development and Party organization building, thus contributing to the further development of Party building within the industrial park.
