Chapter 11: Party Emblem and Party Flag

　　Article 53 The Party emblem of the Communist Party of China is a design composed of a hammer and a sickle.

　　Article 54: The flag of the Communist Party of China is a red flag emblazoned with a golden-yellow party emblem.

　　Article 55 The Party emblem and Party flag of the Communist Party of China are the symbols and emblems of the Party. All Party organizations at every level and every Party member shall uphold the dignity of the Party emblem and Party flag. The Party emblem and Party flag shall be manufactured and used in accordance with the relevant regulations.
