Next to the popular spot "Sixing Warehouse", there is a building that is often overlooked, it is No. 127 Guangfu Road (Guangsanku), formerly known as "North Sixing", which is also one of the many industrial relics in Shanghai. It was originally the joint warehouse of Fukang, Fuyuan Bank and warehouse, and later the joint warehouse of Jincheng Bank, Zhongnan Bank, Continental Bank and Yanye Bank. Built in 1931. Three-storey brick-wood concrete structure. The construction area is 4637 square meters. Now it is a four-line warehouse "light three warehouses", and the ground floor used to be a cultural utensils trading market. The rational transformation of building functions is the key to the survival and utilization of industrial relics, and the renovated Guangsanku has the typicality of industrial relics for reading.

History

No. 127 Guangfu Road (Guangsan Warehouse), formerly known as "North Fourth Bank", was formerly Fukang, Fuyuan Qian Zhuang and warehouse, and later a joint warehouse of Jincheng Bank, Zhongnan Bank, Continental Bank and Yanye Bank. Built in 1931, in 2015, it was included in the fifth batch of outstanding historical buildings in Shanghai. Three-layer frame structure. The red walls and white columns decorate the façade of the whole building beautifully. The construction area is 4637 square meters. Now it is the four-line warehouse "light three warehouses", and the ground floor used to be a cultural utensils trading market, which has been rectified and closed for business. After the renovation of the building, it was effectively reused as a comprehensive business building.

According to the drawings provided by the owner, No. 127 Guangfu Road has undergone many renovations in 1967, 1990 and 1992.

No historical drawings were found for this project. After on-site investigation, according to the 1947 edition of the line number map and on-site investigation and analysis, No. 127 Guangfu Road has not changed overall, the original building was built in 1931, according to the on-site investigation, the building was constructed in stages, the east side of the 7-span construction was earlier, the west side of the four-span construction was late, and the overall completion time was not much different. In 1967, according to the needs of the factory warehouse, two elevators were added to the interior. In 1990, an office building and an elevator room of 225 square meters were added on the fourth floor. In 1992, an additional 171 square meters were added to the west side of the fourth floor.

 

Architectural style

      原设计仓库在南面设置主出入口、楼梯间通廊作主要交通空间,两侧分层设置仓储空间,南北向连通,布局高效科学;同时,针对交通和仓储不同的使用要求,结构采用梁柱框架结构体系,反映了现代建筑功能主义特点。建筑平面大致呈梯形,南立面为弧形,房屋中部偏西处设南北向伸缩缝将房屋分为东、西两个结构单元。两个结构单元各设置一部楼梯,西侧单元另设一部电梯。房屋外墙及内部墙体主要采用烧结普通砖砌筑。

      仓库的立面为现代主义建筑风格,局部作简洁的Art Deco装饰。立面红墙白柱,柱间横向长条高窗,具有典型仓储建筑风格。

设计理念:光复路127号保护类别为三类,根据《上海市历史风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护条例》:建筑的立面和结构体系不得改变,建筑内部允许改变。根据保护告知单要求:房屋南、北立面为外部重点保护部位,门厅、楼梯间、各层黑漆仓库门、金属门窗构件以及其他原有特色装饰等为内部重点保护部位,最大限度保留建筑本身原物、原件以及其本身负载的历史、文化、社会的各方面有价值信息,使建筑的原真性得到最大程度的保持,并清晰可读。 在保护历史建筑本身的原真性与完整性的前提下,充分考虑未来现代综合性商业、商务建筑的各种功能要求。

 

建筑中具有价值的保护部位

 

(1)外立面清水墙修缮

原状:红砖外墙,梁柱部位水泥粉刷,立面分割富有韵律;外窗为钢质长条高窗,黑色油漆,窗分隔充满韵律;均匀分布铸铁透气孔。

修缮要求:清洗、修复红砖外墙;外墙勾缝;水泥粉刷清洗修复;外窗修理、恢复;透气孔修复;雨水管修复。

(2)楼梯间修缮

楼梯间的栏杆扶手,是保留下来的原始物品,但它们不符合现代的设计规范要求,需要抬高并增加栏杆中间增加横杆,以确保使用安全。但固定横杆用焊接的话会损伤栏杆,最后决定使用抱箍固定的方式避免了对原始栏杆的损伤。

(3)室内铁门

光复路127号室内遗留的原来仓库的铁门,具有一定的历史价值。光复路127号(四行仓库光三分库)与曾经八百战士浴血战斗的四行仓库仅隔着一条晋元路,过去同是金城银行、中南银行、大陆银行及盐业银行的联合仓库,因此四行仓库在修复时,入口的铁门因没有历史遗物参照而参照了光复路127号(北四行)的仓库铁门复原。

本次修缮工程,这些铁门被重点保护,仅对其进行清洗、涂刷保护剂,铁门数字和水泥门套上的文字都被保留下来。这些保留下的痕迹留存了建筑作为四行仓库“光三分库”时的历史信息。

(4)钢窗

光复路127号一至三层保留有原始的钢窗,少部分的窗更换为塑钢窗或灭失封堵,本次修缮通过除锈、矫正、窗料替换等方式恢复钢窗原貌。
