Party Discipline Study and Education Deployment Meeting of Shanghai Municipal Housing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the “Notice of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee on Conducting Party Discipline Study and Education Throughout the Party” (Document No. 34 of 2024 issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee), as well as the relevant work requirements issued by the Municipal Party Committee and the District Party Committee on conducting such education, and in line with the arrangements made by the Street Party Working Committee, Shanghai Housing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. convened an expanded meeting of its Party Committee on the morning of April 16, 2024, at which the “Implementation Plan for Party Discipline Study and Education at Shanghai Housing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd.” was reviewed and approved, and the work related to party discipline study and education at the company was duly deployed.

The meeting called for steadfast adherence to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thorough study and implementation of the General Secretary’s important speeches and instructions on conducting education in Party discipline, further deepening our understanding of the importance of strengthening the Party’s disciplinary development and the serious harm caused by neglecting or violating Party discipline, and carrying out in-depth education on Party character and discipline. It also emphasized the need to enhance all Party members’ knowledge of the Party Constitution, Party rules, and Party discipline; to educate and guide all Party members to study, understand, clearly grasp, and abide by Party discipline; to fortify their ideals and convictions; to strictly observe disciplinary norms; to improve their work style; to enhance work efficiency; to strengthen their political responsibility; and to steadily advance the high-quality development of all undertakings, thereby providing a robust disciplinary and stylistic guarantee for promoting the company’s long-term development.

Promote Implementation Through Learning

It is essential to closely integrate study and education with production and business operations, ensure effective implementation, and, through collective study, self-study, and exchange-based learning, promote the high-quality completion of the Party discipline study and education tasks. The learning process must be earnestly transformed into a process that strengthens disciplinary awareness and facilitates the thorough implementation of Party rules and regulations.

Highlight the exemplary role

Secretaries of all Party branches must take the lead in study, further strengthen all Party members’ awareness of Party discipline and rules, enhance their political responsibility, and, by holding themselves to higher standards and stricter requirements, set an exemplary example in observing and rigorously enforcing discipline, conscientiously fulfilling their duties and responsibilities, and abiding by laws and regulations. In this way, we will foster a positive work environment characterized by courage in taking responsibility, boldness in action, and proactive striving.

Closely integrate with work

We will steadfastly pursue dual-pronged efforts to achieve dual benefits, closely integrating the study and education on Party discipline with the effective implementation of the company’s and department’s key tasks, ensuring that every measure in this initiative serves as an effective means of advancing the company’s core work.
