Li Ruili
Deputy Chief Engineer & President of Technology Development Company and Deputy Station Chief of Housing Quality Inspection Station
Li obtained doctor’s degree at Tongji University and is a senior engineer, national first-class certified structural engineer, national first-class certified charted builder, national certified consulting engineer, member of the Chartered Institute of Building and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, who obtained construction project judicial expertise qualification and Shanghai historical relic protection professional certificate.
Li is engaged in housing quality inspection research and the research project won Shanghai Science and Technology Achievement Award and Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. The treatise on historical building inspection was published by publishing house in August 2005.
