Chen obtained master’s degree at East China Normal University and is a senior engineer, national certified investment counselor, national certified real estate appraiser, and certified supervision engineer, who acquired construction project judicial expertise qualification.
Chen won the Science and Technology Progress Award presented by Ministry of Nuclear Industry, Shanghai Science and Technology Progress, Shanghai Enterprise Management Innovation Achievement Award and Shanghai Decision-making Consultation Achievement Award.
