Shen is an undergraduate in civil engineering course and postgraduate in rock engineering at Tongji University, senior engineer, national first-class certified structural engineer, national certified cost engineer, national certified supervision engineer, national certified geotechnical engineer and mainland and Hong Kong chartered structural engineer, who also acquired construction project judicial expertise qualification and Shanghai historical relic protection professional certificate and serves as an expert of Shanghai Commission of Biding Administration and commissioner of Shanghai Structure Commission. Additionally, Shen participated in research project of National “Eleventh Five-year” Technology Support Program and serves as a chief editor of Shanghai New Wall Material Application and Design Specifications and Drawing Collection.
