The Shanghai Housing Architecture Design Institute was established in the 1950s. It was rebuilt in March 1987. It belongs to the Shanghai Housing Land Resources Administration and was restructured to a limited liability company in 2004. In the 30 years of the establishment of the hospital, it has developed into a multi -disciplinary comprehensive A -level Architecture Design Research Institute with strong professional and technical strength.
The Judicial Appraisal Center of Shanghai Housing Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., relying on the technical resources such as investment consulting, design, testing and appraisal of the Shanghai Housing Building Design Institute, specializes in the research of construction engineering judicial appraisal, and accepted the entrustment of and carried out the judicial appraisal business of the national case handling authorities. He is currently the vice president unit of the Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Association, the vice chairman of the Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Theoretical Research Association, and the vice chairman of the "China Judicial Appraisal" magazine.
There are more than 40 researchers at the Judicial Appraisal Center and 29 practicing judicial appraisers, of which more than 70%of senior engineers and above experts have the qualifications of relevant professional registered engineers. The appraisers have long been engaged in construction engineering appraisal, design, construction, management, consulting services and research, and have a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience. In recent years, the center has assisted the case handling agency to complete more than 1,500 judicial appraisal work, and is at the frontier position in the field of judicial appraisal in Shanghai Construction Engineering.
