Shanghai Municipal Housing Design Institute Co., Ltd.

Founded in the 1950s and rebuilt in March 1987, the Shanghai Institute of Housing and Land Resources was subordinate to the Shanghai Housing and Land Resources Administration and was restructured into a limited company in 2004. Over the past 30 years, the institute has developed into a multidisciplinary comprehensive Grade A architectural design and research institute with complete professional settings and strong technical force, integrating architectural planning, design, real estate investment planning and consulting, housing engineering research, judicial appraisal, and cultural relic protection.

Persistence is victory, and perseverance leads to victory. The current round of epidemic in Shanghai is raging, breaking the original pace of life. The epidemic is a command, and prevention and control is a responsibility. To support the community's epidemic prevention and control work, Shanghai Housing Design Institute Co., Ltd. donated 50000 yuan to Changfeng Street in Putuo District on March 30th. On March 28th, the party committee of the company quickly responded to the requirements of the organization department of the municipal party committee and carried out the dual reporting work for party members during the epidemic prevention and control period. In accordance with the requirements for the identification of national industrial design centers and the city's key work arrangements for promoting the construction of "City of Design", Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology carried out the identification of municipal design innovation centers in 2021.
